SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic and International orders are shipped free on purchases over $500

International orders.  may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by the item ordered, we are not able to supply the cost. Please allow up to 7 days for processing before your international order ships.

Shipping lead time can take up to 7 business days to process, once your order is ready to ship, an email with your tracking information will be sent out.

Lead times:

Local Shipping can take 3-5 business days 

International shipping can take 5-10 business days 

 Canadian shipping costs

  • Ground - 5 to 7 working days - $15
  • Express - 1 to 2 days - $35

US shipping costs

  • Ground - 5 to 7 working days - $25.00
  • Express - 1 to 2 days - $45

UK shipping costs

  • Ground - 5 to 7 working days - £15 (5kg)
  • Express - 1 to 2 days £35 (10kg)

International

  • Ground - $55.00

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.

 All returns must be done in store or sent to store location (Toronto, CA or London, UK) and will be reviewed for approval. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

 Return request is subject to approval and return ticket will be sent for printing

 All Sale items marked at 50% or more are final sale and returns will not be accepted.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 Payment options: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal

If you paid for your order using a debit or credit card then your refund will be issued to your original payment card within seven (7) days after approval upon receipt. Please note PayPal is an online-only payment system, we'll be able to exchange but not refund if you return items that you've bought online via PayPal at one of our shops.

 

PRE-ORDER OPTIONS

Some items are available for pre-order, that are not yet ready for immediate delivery. The “Pre-Order” a credit card is required to stock hold the item and your credit card will be process for the item. Upon availability, an email will be sent to you notifying of the item ready to ship status.

OUT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Where an Out-Of-Stock item is displayed on our website, either the item is no longer available or the items can be back ordered on a one on one basis and with proper approval and notification.

 

IN STORE PICK UP OPTIONS

Most items are available for in store pickup, please email or phone the local store in your area for a real-time inventory check.

 

ORDER STATUS

Once you place an order with us, and email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order, your order pick and ship status and tracking information. Any missing information will be communicated promptly
